****I received free product and goodies from Krusteaz and T-Fal to facilitate this post. All opinions are my own****
As a busy working mom I know that putting dinner on the table every night can be stressful, do you feel this way as well? To combat the craziness that sometimes we feel when making dinner after work, I wanted to take the challenge to serve up breakfast for dinner once a week! A delicious challenge brought to you by Krusteaz makers of premium pancake and waffle mixes.
Krusteaz wants to help by making Wednesdays
(or any day you like!) Breakfast
Night. Are you excited to make breakfast for dinner? Why not give it a
try after all, February is National Hot
Breakfast Month (did you even know there was such a month, well there is)
celebrate it with some fun family breakfast nights.
My family and I
wanted to start off February with a bang and could not wait to have a fun
celebration for our first family Breakfast Night. We wondered if we should go
with sweet or savory for breakfast? My daughter voted for sweet, and my husband
voted for savory and I voted for both! Why can’t we have it all? A little of
this a little of that and we all are happy.

We had fun making great shapes with the pancakes, no matter
how old my daughter gets she still gets a kick out of getting her pancakes in
shapes, she loves it. The pancakes were sweet, and the topping of the brown
sugar apples were just the best. The pancakes cooked evenly and did not stick we loved our T-Fal pan. If you would like to pick up your very own T-Fal pan be sure to stock up with their sale of cookware at Target and Target.com where you will save 15% off T-Fal from Feb 27th - March 3rd in honor of Pancake Day! Be sure to save the dates!
My husband enjoyed the spicy kick of the waffle breakfast sandwiches. Both were super easy to make and very delicious. Serve either, with some fresh fruit and breakfast sausage. It makes a great tasting dinner the family will love.
