Pete's Dragon fans rejoice! Your favorite film is headed back to the big screen with a brand new live action version this summer! Pete's Dragon was one of my most favorite movies growing up, there is just something great about having a special friend like no other.

Here is the, new trailer for Disney’s PETE’S DRAGON, which features spectacular never-before-seen footage of Pete’s dragon, Elliot.


The film, which is a reimagining of Disney’s cherished family film, stars Bryce Dallas Howard, Oakes Fegley, Wes Bentley, Karl Urban, Oona Laurence and Robert Redford and is directed by David Lowery, opens nationwide on August 12th!
