it's funny that I ran across this giveaway today as I was adding grapefruits to my 'to buy' list - I intend to eat them as they are as well as add them to my juicing/smoothies. One thing I would like to do as well is, make a main dish salad using grapefruit instead of strawberry or oranges. When my husband wants his fruit, it's always grapefruit.
I so love these

I'd make broiled grapefruit halves.
I like to eat my grapefruit sliced with a drizzle of balsamic on them. But the tropical salad recipe you have here looks mighty tempting! :) Thanks.
