For those that know me, know I have a big sweet tooth, and I am especially a fan of fall flavors. When the weather starts to cool and the leaves start to change I know it is time for pumpkin everything! I have absolutely no problem that, pumpkin should be an all-around year thing, it goes with just about everything. Another favorite fall flavor of mine is apple, sweet and spiced apples work with so many fall favorites.  I was very fortunate to be able to try out two of Dancing Deer Baking Company’s newest treats, Pumpkin Spice & Caramel Apple Desert Bites. The treats arrived quickly and were as fresh as can be. These small bites are packs with lots of flavor, and are under 200 calories per serving. 

These are homemade treats like I would bake for myself if I only had the time! First off was the Caramel Apple Desert Bites, these smelled amazing when they were opened, we could not wait to try them. These had just the right amounts of apples and spice, the caramel game the bite a nice right sweet flavor. The taste of the apple bites reminded me of an apple cake my grandmother used to make. It is amazing how some scents and flavors can bring you back to another time.  
The Pumpkin Spice dessert bites were everything you love about pumpkin desserts all rolled up in one bite. For me this seemed like a cross between pumpkin pie and pumpkin bread, an ultimate moist tasty dessert. I love that the calories per serving are less than 200 calories this is a great dessert for those watching their waistlines this holiday. But a little warning though these are so delicious you may not just eat the suggested amount, my husband finished the rest of the container in one sitting! I think he really liked them!
