My family was very fortunate to
be able to try out a variety of great products from Fromagerie
Guilloteau including: Pepper, Double Creme, Herbs,
and Bleu. I love to host a get together with my family and friends and we love great appetizers. This cheese would make
a great addition to any party, and it would make a great spread. This Bleu Cheese
would also be wonderful crumbled on a salad, just mix things up a little. I am
a big fan of blue cheese, and this is one of the better blue cheeses I have ever
had. Sometimes this type of cheese can be too strong and harsh,
but not this Bleu Cheese, it has a great flavor that was enjoyed.
Our favorite of the cheese flavors was the
Pepper, this had a great pepper flavor that gave the cheese a nice kick. One
thing kids love is cheese and even more so is melted cheese! So I cooked up one
of my daughters most favorite meals, quesadillas. 
Using three simple ingredients butter, Fromagerie
Guilloteau pepper cheese, and tortillas. This simple meal was anything but
simple, these were the best and most flavorful quesadillas I have ever had. The
cheese works well as a spear, snacking cheese and melting cheese all you could
ever want in an amazing cheese.
