A cake for the holidays, sure why not? I know my family is full from pies and tarts, so a cake would be a nice change of pace. Now the cakes from Duff are not just any ho hum cake, the Holly Jolly cake mix is a cake mix that will make an amazing layer cake, with festive red and green layers.

I got quite a few complements on the light fulffyness and coolness of the cake. Of course my guests loved the sweet peppermint cookies, saying they were some of the best peppermint cookies they have ever had.
