She is here! It is time for Maleficent! I know it is
exciting right? We have been waiting for what seems like forever (I know, I am
being impatient… but….) and now it is time! Sure I read the books, and I know
pretty much all that is going to happen in the film… it is just not the same as
seeing all of the action on the big screen. Here are some great clips to get
you excited to see this great looking movie:
Maleficent - Clip "Fairy Godmother"
Aurora and Maleficent come face-to-face in the Moors.
Maleficent - Clip "In The Clouds"
Maleficent’s massive wings carry her through the Moors and above the clouds.
Go behind the scenes as the cast and filmmakers create one of the biggest battle scenes in the film.
“Maleficent”
explores the untold story of Disney’s most iconic villain from the
classic “Sleeping Beauty" and the elements of her betrayal that
ultimately turn her pure heart to stone. Driven by revenge and a fierce
desire to protect the moors over which she presides, Maleficent cruelly
places an irrevocable curse upon the human king’s newborn infant Aurora.
As the child grows, Aurora is caught in the middle of the seething conflict between the forest kingdom she has grown to love and the human kingdom that holds her legacy. Maleficent realizes that Aurora may hold the key to peace in the land and is forced to take drastic actions that will change both worlds forever.

This movie is generating a tremendous amount of buzz, and these clips show why. It will be interesting to see how many Oscar nominations it gets--special effects, costumes, etc.
