Something a lot of people have to deal with is lactose intolerance. In my family my husband and my daughter are both lactose intolerant and used to avoid milk and dairy products at all costs. Avoiding dairy isn't something you want to do, milk plays a pivotal role in having a healthy lifestyle with all of their essential vitamins. According to the National Dairy Council dairy products play a vital role in not only your general health but also in keeping your bones strong, maintaining a healthy weight and helping to keep your heart healthy and your blood pressure under control.

2 Large Bananas 
2 Tablespoons of peanut butter
2 Cups of LACTAID® Milk

Simply peel and cut the bananas, and freeze the bananas. Take frozen bananas, place in blender add peanut butter, then add the LACTAID® Milk, blend until smooth, and enjoy!

I love cooking and baking and when I make anything requiring milk I always make sure I use LACTAID® milk so everyone can enjoy my dishes. It's terrible not to be able to drink milk and I feel sorry for my husband and daughter because milk is delicious, nutritious and important to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

 I just recently made a banana & peanut butter milk shake and it was a hit thanks to LACTAID® milk and it's because of LACTAID® milk I can make mac-n-cheese and shakes and puddings and not have to worry about hurting my family. Milk is a main ingredient in a lot of food both savory and sweet and if your body can't process it, it makes life difficult and painful. LACTAID® isn't a substitute or a alternative for milk it is milk, it's just milk that the whole family can enjoy without fear of a painful aftermath.
