I was very fortunate to be able to review a great pair of shoes Dansko  Desi sandals from the Pasadena Collection in the color Sand.

Spring is here! Time to put away the clunky snow boots I have been wearing (seems like I have been wearing them forever, the Northeast was hit pretty hard the past few month weather wise…) put away the parkas and the heavy coats! It is time to break out the pretty spring dresses and fun light and bright clothing, and cute sandals. For me the shoes make the outfit, and in order for me to really wear the shoes they have to be comfortable and great looking this is why I love Dansko.

I was very fortunate the check out one of their newest sandals from the Pasadena Collection, the Dansko  Desi sandals. These sandals are so whimsical, and cute, in such an adult fun way. The sandals have Velcro closings to insure the best fit on your foot. I have wide feet, and sometimes I have issues fining sandals that are comfortable and not tight around my feet, the Velcro on these Dansko shoes give me the room to make the shoe fit my foot perfectly.  I love how comfortable these shoes are, I could wear them all day without wanting to take them off.

I was able to wear them at work all day, and I got quite a few great complements on them as well. The shoes are a great sand color, which I would describe to be more of a nude color that goes with just about everything. Along with the color being versatile the style is versatile as well, these shoes would look great with a dress or a pair of capris, dressed up or down both would be great looks.  I have an upcoming press trip to Florida, and I am sure there will be some times to get dressed for dinner, or an event. I will surely match these super comfortable cute sandals with a sun dress, and I will be ready to dance, walk or do just about anything all night long!

The Dansko  Desi sandals retail for about $135.00. Sure this may be a high cost for some, but the quality of these sandals make them like no other. These are so well made, they will stand up season after season, and they will quickly become your favorite pair of shoes. Think of the sandals you have, did you pay $50 a pair + for each of them, and are they like my other sandals… just sitting in the closet unused? Sure they may be cheaper to buy, but they hurt your feet and are rarely worn? You will not have these issues with Dansko. The quality Dansko  Desi sandals will be used, and are worth the extra money spent.  These shoes are also some of the most comfortable shoes you will ever wear! I found that you can have both, fashionable and comfortable in one shoe!
