Spring decorating fun with Cheryl's Easter Cutout Cookie Decorating Kit #Giveaway

Spring is here, and I cannot wait for all spring has to offer, warmer weather, flowers and of course one of my favorite holidays ever, Easter.  For my daughter spring means spring break, and she is so looking forward to her time off from school. Sure the time off from school is fun and relaxing, but we can run out of things to go quickly… But not this year, I have come up with some fun activities for my little girl to keep her entertained and to make sure she has fun this spring break. I was very fortunate to be able to check out a Easter Cutout Cookie Decorating Kit from Cheryl’s.

This fun kit contains everything you need to create yummy buttercream frosted Cheryl's treats at home with no baking necessary! Imagine fresh cookies, that are not burnt or overdone (cookies seem to be my Achilles heel, I have not yet mastered them, my cookies always come out bad for some reason) In this kit there are 24 un-frosted cut-out cookies, 2 1lb tubs of buttercream frosting and a sprinkles container.

The best part of all, is you can create your own decorations, get wild or be basic, whatever you would like.  I asked my daughter if she wanted to help me with  something… Would she like to decorate some cookies? Well when I asked this, my three year old little toddler came out of my daughter, she squealed… Yay Cookies! It is so funny how she is still my little girl, even though she is growing up so fast, she still gets excited when it comes to cookies.
Well I have to admit, I get excited too, what is not to love sweet and fun cookies are one of my favorite treats.  Our kit came with all we needed to make a lot of cookie fun. The white, and orange butter cream frosting, was sweet and great to decorate with. The cookies were shaped like eggs, and flowers, great spring shapes to decorate. For my cookies I went with the classic, frosted cookie… But my daughter who is a born artist, loved getting fancy with her decorations.

From striped eggs, to fun sprinkled flowers, my daughter came up with some great cookie ideas. The best part about decorating these cookies, was when we got to eat them, yes they were soft and delicious, just as good to east as they are to decorate. My daughter and I had a great time together making fun cookies for friends and family to enjoy. So if you are looking for a delicious and fun kit for Easter or spring break, I would highly suggest this fun cookie kit, this kit is a yummy and fun  idea.

Your question asks what I like from Puritan Pride...I think you mean Cheryls? Anyway, I love the Easter Bakery Assortment. What a great hostess gift for Easter or wonderful for putting out for dessert.

I think you want us to answer what we like from Cheryl's instead of Puritan's Pride ? That cookie kit is adorable! I also have heard their brownies are delicious!
