Ham it up with Petit Jean Meats newest ham flavors Sundried Tomato Encrusted, Mediterranean Herb Encrusted and Italian Herb Encrusted!

Are you looking for the perfect addition to the holiday meal? Or a great everyday dinner idea?  Well I have the place for you Petit Jean Meats. Here is a little info about Petit Jean Meats from the website:

Providing quality meat products for over 80 years. Whether it's for the Holidays, a summer barbecue, a special dinner, or "just because", our customers know that they can count on us to deliver their package direct from our plant in a timely manner. And if you're sending Petit Jean products as a gift, you can be sure your order will be carefully packed, shipped on time, and just as fresh, with the same high standard of quality as our customers have appreciated since 1930.
You can always count on receiving the highest quality meats, with the finest ingredients, that you’ll ever eat. Our bacon and hams are smoked for 16 hours in climate controlled smokehouses over smoldering hickory chips. We don’t use liquid smoke like many other companies do in their products today. The result is a moist, tender product that is second to none which comes from doing things the Old Fashioned Way. So if you’re looking for a great tasting ham, outstanding bacon, fantastic smoked sausage, quality hot dog with no fillers, look no further—we have it. Don’t forget to order those tasty side dishes and desserts that will top off your next meal, and make you the envy of your home. We value your business and look forward to fulfilling your meal solutions for years to come.
The meat you get from Petit Jean Meats is some of the best meats we’ve ever had. From Ham to bacon, Petit Jean Meats has a great selection of divine meat treats. And to be able to try out a ham that is flavored, I was so excited. To me, ham is one of my favorite foods, I love it sliced thin or thick, warm or cold, it is just a great meat.
I was very fortunate to  be able to check out Petit Jean Meats newest ham flavors Sundried Tomato Encrusted, Mediterranean Herb Encrusted and Italian Herb Encrusted. My husband was a bit apprehensive, flavored ham? But what’s the point of going through life if you’re not willing to try different things?

You never know what you might wind up liking and my traditionalist husband was surprised at how much he  enjoyed the flavored ham! It had a different taste than classic ham but it wasn’t strong and overpowering. The flavor of the ham was just accentuated with the assorted flavors.

I cooked up the Italian Herb Encrusted Ham Slices with a little ginger ale. It was very quick and easy to make, the ham had a great crust that was filled with great Italian flavors. The hams were easy to make and was so yummy, my family just adored it, and I am sure your family would love it too.  If you are lucky enough to be Arkansas area you can pick up these great hams at Price Cutter and Harps stores.
I hope one day they will sell this great ham on the website, I would love to buy a gift box for myself, and friends.  The Sundried Tomato Encrusted, Mediterranean Herb Encrusted and Italian Herb Encrusted hams work well for dinner as well as breakfast, and they’re really easy to cook so within minutes you have a delicious easy meal just add whatever sides you want that’s the beauty of the ham slice, it’ll work with hash browns and grits to peas and corn.

This sounds so delicious, especially the sun dried tomato ham. I have not heard of this brand, so I will need to check and see if we carry it nearby.
