 I am always looking for better for you meals to serve my family. I love to cook meals from scratch, and give my family the best meals I possibly can. But as a working mom, I am very much limited on time so fresh scratch baked meals are not possible for me. But do I want my family to have a healthy, quality meal that they will enjoy, so when I find an easy to make better for you product, I am excited to try it.

Did you know that Gorton’s has a new line of Artisan Fillets available in Roasted Garlic & Italian Herb, Lemon & Cracked Peppercorn, Southwest Tortilla and Southern Style varieties. I was very fortunate to be able to check out one of the new Gorton’s Artisan Fillets in Lemon & Cracked Peppercorn. 

Each pack contained five nice sized fillets, ready to bake. And before I knew it dinner was ready! My family loved the pepper and lemon flavor of these crunchy fillets. The filets had a great flavor with just the right amount of lemon tang and pepper spice.  I cannot wait to pick up the Gorton’s Artisan Fillets Southwest Tortilla, this must be great. It looks like my favorite chips mixed with delicious fish, a combination I am sure my family will love.
