My family and I were very fortunate to be able to try out a few of these great new items. One thing I love about Denny’s is you can get breakfast whenever you want, day or night.  I love having this option, it is nothing worse when you are in the mood for breakfast, and you have just missed the breakfast cut off, so no breakfast for you… But not at Denny’s whenever you want a great meal, of any kind you can have it. Before a big day of birthday parties and shopping, my family and I went to a local Denny’s to fuel up with a great breakfast.

Being the new year, I have set goals of eating better, and more healthy so the Fit Fare Breakfast Sandwich was a great option for me. With a calorie count of 550 for a filling meal, that is a great thing.

Fit Fare® Breakfast Sandwich Plate

Two strips of turkey bacon, Pepper Jack cheese, fresh spinach, sliced tomato and an egg white on a toasted English muffin. Served with yogurt and seasonal fruit. Fit Fare® Lean: Under 15g of fat. Fit Fare® Protein: Over 20g of protein. Fit Fare® Light: Under 550 calories

The sandwich was hearty, and delicious. The turkey bacon had just the right amount of salty flavor and the fresh spinach and tomatoes was a nice addition.  The pepper jack cheese gave the sandwich a nice bite, a great flavor combination. With this sandwich you can choose your side, yogurt with fruit, or a bowl of fruit.

 I went with the fruit bowl, that included grapes blueberries and bananas. The fruit was fresh and the entire meal was filling and I really was satisfied.

My daughter and my husband both went with the Loaded Breakfast Sandwich, this is the ultimate breakfast sandwich!

 Loaded Breakfast Sandwich 

Two strips of bacon, shaved ham, American cheese and an egg* cooked to order on a toasted English muffin. Served with Hash Browns.

This was filled with ham and cheese, so big and filling. My daughter loved it and exclaimed… “I’m so glad I picked this sandwich!” mmmm. She chowed down and enjoyed her breakfast. My husband being a breakfast sandwich fan loved the Loaded Breakfast Sandwich, saying the combo of the hash browns and the sandwich was a meal that could not be beat, for the great taste and the great price.

Overall the sandwiches were delicious, and so very affordable, we will surely be back again for this great meal. Denny’s is one of our most favorite restaurants, and I am sure you will love it too.
