  I was sent some great  Honey Bunches of Oats, cereal recently to celebrate the launching of the Honey Bunches of Oats new brand anthem "Smile While You Shake It," to celebrate what it means to start the day off with a smile. The fun and upbeat song, inspired by Samba beats, incorporates the cereal box and breakfast utensils as percussion instruments. It is catchy and fun for families to make it their own. Our take: 

My Daughter is getting very picky. She used to be a kid that loved to try everything, and went along with just about anything. Now she has a laundry list of things she does not like.  Her new item on that list is nuts.  She does not like nuts in anything. And anything that looks like nuts. When I showed her Honey Bunches of Oats, she was a bit skeptical and did not want to try it. The bunches reminded her too much of “nuts” and she immediately did not like the cereal. But she did not even try it! Well I talked her into trying the cereal, and of course she loved it. 

And the bunches were her favorite! I knew she would just love this cereal, I have been a fan since this cereal came out years ago. It has just the right amount of sweetness, and I love the crunch and the honey taste. Honey Bunches of Oats contains 10 grams of whole grains per servings, and 0 grams of trans fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol.  That is great to hear. I would much rather serve this cereal to my family, instead of those other high sugar kids cereals.  Did you know that Honey Nut Cheerios has 9grams of sugar, this great cereal has less sugar, and tastes just as great.
