I was very fortunate to be able to check out some of the great treats offered at See’s including:

Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Heart Make their day more delicious. See's milk chocolate and peanut butter. A classic combination, topped with a cute candy bear.  $5.25

Hot Hearts A yummy way to heat things up. Cinnamon heart-shaped jellies featuring candy shells and the perfect hint of spice. $5.55

Toffee-ette So good you won't want to share. Little nuggets of rich Danish butter toffee and roasted almonds smothered in See's creamy milk chocolate...topped off with even more crunchy almonds. $18.00

We're only a few weeks away from Valentine’s Day and one of the traditional items to give your valentine is candy, but most of us usually buy the kind from the drug store and while it's alright is it something you really want to give to your valentine to show her them much you love them and appreciate what they’ve done for you? Avoid the drug store, avoid boring just there candy and chocolate.

This year give your special valentine something that will knock their socks off give them candy from See's Candies and make Valentine’s Day really special.  I had the chance to sample some candies from See's and well this surely isn't your run of the mill candy, this is gourmet candy, candy and chocolate at its finest. We had the chance to try: Toffe-ettes, Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Heart,  Café Latté Krispy and Hot Hearts. I don't know where to start, really I don't. This candy is decadent, delicious, delightful and downright good!

The Café Latté Krispy were like something I've never had before, the wafers were crunchy and sweet they were absolutely perfect, I loved the coffee flavor, it worked so well with the creamy chocolate. These also come in in mint flavor as well, I am sure they are delicious. 

 The Toffee-ettes were pretty much inhaled by my husband....he hasn't met a piece of toffee he hasn't liked.  Well, in his words “these things are the alpha males of toffee.” This was an easy to eat, crunchy toffee, that was addicting, I just have to warn you.  

A cute gift for any cinnamon lover the Hot Hearts, these jelly candy were spicy and sweet just like me.  These would be a great addition to a Valentine’s day cards, with the nice packaging and cute bow.

Last but certainly not least was the Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Heart. Now if you are a fan of the most perfect chocolate combination ever, chocolate and peanut butter, you are going to love this heart. The peanut butter is creamy and rich and the chocolate is sweet, the sweet and salty combination is a great combo, that is divine. The cute candy bear is a nice touch, a cute little topper for your valentine.
