Little Rosie's Filipino Dressings & Marinades #Giveaway

Are you looking for an easy way to spice up your meal ideas? How about a great marinade? There is nothing that makes chicken, pork and beef taste it’s best than a great marinade. I recently was able to check out some great Filipino Dressings & Marinades from Little Rosie's. If you love bold salad dressing you are going to love Little Rosie's! Here is a little more information about this great company and the owner, Pamela Lourdes Loch, "Little Rosie" from the website:

Little Rosie's promise is to bring your family the finest Filipino-style dressings and marinades. All of our products are handmade in small batches, using premium ingredients then triple-checked to ensure perfection. Little Rosie’s Filipino Dressings and Marinades are my way of sharing some favorite flavor combinations my mom introduced to me as a second generation Filipino American. With the influence of Asian and Spanish cuisine, Filipino flavors are rich and distinctive from the use of ginger, garlic, soy sauce, chili peppers, onion, cider vinegar and more.

The relationship I’ve had with my mom has inspired me to bring her recipes to the marketplace, certain that others will come to appreciate her gift of cooking as much as I do. We currently have two products on the market, but as other people catch onto the value and uniqueness of my mom’s creations, exciting new products await.
There are two amazing Little Rosie's Filipino Dressings & Marinades flavors including:

Filipino - Artfully blended with Asian and Spanish influences creating a distinctive flavor of soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, onion, cider vinegar and oil; tangy with a hint of sweet & spices. A delicious compliment to fresh greens and is wonderful as a marinade for poultry, meat and seafood. Spicy Filipino- Explodes on the palate with elegant spiciness influenced by Asian and Spanish cuisine. A taste of pepper flakes, onion, ginger, garlic, oil and cider vinegar; sweet and spicy but not too hot.

A delicious compliment to fresh greens and is wonderful as a marinade for poultry, meat and seafood.  Also great for dipping and can be used as a finishing sauce. Hand-made in small quantities and carefully hand-packaged to share my Mom’s recipes with you.  FREE SHIPPING – Any combo of 6 bottles. * Offer available only for lower 48 states.

I love to try new food items, it can be boring using the same things all the times. So when I learned that I would be able to try some Filipino Dressings & Marinades, from Little Rosie's I was so excited.  My family are big chicken eaters, we eat it nearly every night, and sometimes chicken can just get boring. I marinated some chicken in the Spicy Filipino marinade. My husband noticed the smell at first, it is an amazing smell it was mouthwatering!  And this was before it was even cooked!
So after this marinated for about 2 hours the chicken was ready to cook. Now when the chicken cooked, the wondrous smell filled the entire house and it smelled delicious! But how would this chicken taste? The chicken had a light spice, nothing overpowering or too much to handle.  The chicken was not the plain old chicken we usually have this was flavorful and my family loved it. My daughter went back for seconds, she loved it that much.
Overall we loved Little Rosie's Filipino Dressings & Marinades, and after checking out the website, I am going to make this great recipe next, doesn’t it sound yummy?

 Chicken Adobo My Mom’s Way
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts sliced thinly
4 to 5 garlic cloves smashed or sliced
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/8 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon of salt or garlic salt
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for cooking
Method
1. Place chicken with all ingredients in bowl to marinate for 8-10 minutes.
2. On medium, heat oil in cooking pan.
3. Separate chicken from marinade and place in cook in pan for approximately 4-6 minutes. When chicken is browned on both side, add marinade to pan and simmer for about 2-4 minutes.
4. Let sit for 5 minutes, garnish with lemon and serve.

This would be wonderful to jazz up a boring salad, making the salad a meal you really want to eat and enjoy. This would also be great for a pasta salad, a great addition to any meal.  So don’t be afraid to try something new, and check out Little Rosie's Filipino Dressings & Marinades.
