Are you ready to visit the island of Sodor, are you ready to have some amazing adventures with Thomas and Fiends? Well with the new play set, TrackMaster ™ Quest for the Crown you and your little ones can do just that. I was very fortunate to be able to have my little nephew over last night, and I had a little surprise for him, we were going to play with a the Thomas & Friends train play set!!

I was very fortunate to be able to have my little nephew over last night, and I had a little surprise for him, we were going to play with a the Thomas & Friends train play set!!
My nephew Matt is a great age for enjoy the new TrackMaster ™ Quest for the Crown Play set from Fisher Price. He is a huge Thomas fan and I knew he would just love this fun toy. I told him about the set and he yelled "Yay Thomas!" so I could see that he was excited. My nephew is four years old and the biggest Thomas fan ever. Yes he has just about all of the videos, and quite a few trains that he seems to travel with all the time. He loved this set and wanted to play with it over and over again.
This set is made well, it has a durable train and tracks. My
nephew has accidentally dropped the train and sections of the track, and the pieces
have held up fine. The set has multiple action sections that keep kids moving
and having fun. For the younger kids the action sections can be set to easy
mode to make this more basic and simple for the younger kids to enjoy. Do you
have any older wooden Thomas Train tracks?
Well don’t worry you can add the classic train wooden train tracks to the current plastic tracks. The only issue I had with the toy was the assembly it took me a little bit to get the track together, I am not the best assembler in the family but I was able to do it. It was an issue to find the a good place to play with the play set. Well that is not the play sets fault, it is great that the play set is larger and a nice size to play with… It is just hard living in a smaller home and finding a place to construct this cool play set.
But
on the bright side with this set, when
he's done playing with it I can easily box it up and put it away it is so
simple. I loved seeing my nephew play and enjoy this train set, he
seemed to be having a blast. If your little one has a Thomas play set, this set
is different, this train set provides "action" that the other one
does not, and this makes it lots of fun to play with. The set is great for
younger kids to watch and manipulate so all the tricks and movements work.
The
crane that moves a piece of track from one spot to another to make sure that
the train doesn't crash, this was played with over and over again. The mine collapses,
and you have to help Thomas make it out in time! This set is designed to be
more hands on, so your child will be having fun playing, not just sitting
watching the train go around and around the track. I would recommended this for
any Thomas fan, this is a must have! Overall this is a well-made and fun toy. I am sure my nephew
will now like the other additions and accessories, perhaps he will get a
surprise under the tree from Santa, you just never know?
If you have a little guy (or gal, I must say my daughter just adored Thomas when she was younger, so don’t forget about the little girls who are fans) on your holiday gift list this year that loves Thomas, or if they are a car/train lover this would make a wonderful gift idea. How fun is this? I always loved Thomas even for my girls when they were small. The show has nice characters and moral lessons.
My kids love Thomas the train! This would be the perfect Gift this Christmas.
Thomas and Friends was one of my absolute favorite characters when my son was growing up. It took me years to recycle the toys to our neighbors with younger boys. Thanks for sharing!
