Holiday Gift Guide: Pinypon Snow Collection great toys that your little girl will adore! #Giveaway

I am always looking for great play set gifts for the little girls on my holiday gift list. Why play sets? They are so much fun to play with , and they keep the kids interest for a long time. I loved playing with my doll play sets when I was a little girl, they just have an endless appeal and are great to use your imagination and have fun.

While searching for some new gift ideas I came across Famosa toys maker of Pinypon dolls, and the new Pinypon Snow Ski Lodge play set. I have to admit that I was not the familiar with, Famosa or Pinypon.  But when I mentioned the world Pinypon to my daughter and my niece, they went on and on describing the dolls and all of the cool commercials they have seen with the dolls. So I take it these are pretty popular with the little girls these days.

Established in 1957 by a group of artisan doll makers, Famosa has become a leading European toy company and doll manufacturer based in Spain.  The company has a stellar reputation as a developer of innovative, safe and high quality products that foster all around development for young children. Families who grew up in Spain or Mexico likely have fond and warm memories of playing with their Famosa toys. Famosa currently operates in over 95 countries, reaching a wide range of consumers. In 2010, Famosa was acquired by Sun Capital Partners and its U.S. operations were established in October 2011, based in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.  The company markets brands including Pinypon, Nenuco, Nancy and Feber. 

If you are not familiar with the Pinypon doll line, I now know that this  in a line of small figures that come with accessories for play. Pinypon has a variety of different collection sets for your little ones, their sets come with boy and girl doll, pets and did I mention accessories (yes I did, but I was so impressed with how many great little accessories that come with these cool dolls) pets, play sets vehicles and much more.

For this winter season, Pinypon has come out with a new Pinypon Snow collection for 2013! In this collection Pinypon Friends dressed in winter gear. So imagine how excited my daughter and my niece was when they saw the new Pinypon Snow Ski Lodge play set ($39.99) and the accompanying Pinypon Snow Adventure Car & Tow ($12.99).

My daughter loves the Pinypon characters, they have such bright and cheerful colors. The Snow Skilodge is one impressive play set, it comes with just about everything but the kitchen sink. They even have a real ice rink! My daughter loved that this was “real” and her little Pinypons could ice-skate just like a real person. This was a little tray where you could actually freeze and make ice so the characters can have an actual ice rink.  I have to admit that part of the set was pretty cool. There was nothing out there like this when I was little that is for sure.

These characters are active, and love to play and have fun adventures at the ski lodge. My daughter and my niece just loved skiing and ice skating with these dolls. Building a snowman is always a fun thing while visiting a ski lodge and of course your Pinypon can build their own snowman here with this wonderful play set.   

 The aspect that I liked about the dolls was that you could switch the hair and turn the heads to reveal a different face, your doll could be content one moment, then be ecstatic and so very happy with a turn of the head the emotion of the doll can change. You can swap accessories, and the more sets you get the more trading and fun you can add for these little dolls.

I can now understand why little girls everywhere are smitten with the pint-size doll line, outfits and accessories, they are so cool and fun to play with. These toys are recommended for ages 4-7 but since there are so many cool ways you can play with these toys the younger and older girls alike will love these sets.  So if you are looking for a great gift idea for the special little girl in your life, I would highly suggest checking out the Pinypon dolls, the cool snow line would make a great holiday gift that the special little one will adore!
