This GIANT pink plush Angelina Ballerina is 3 FEET TALL and has straps on her feet so you can attach her to your feet and dance with her! She's also SO BIG that you might be able to dress her up in your clothes! Angelina Ballerina has purple eyes and a pink satin bow between her ears, is dressed in a pink tutu that has a satin bodice which is paired with a satin and organza skirt. A sash, decorated with a pink rosette, at her waist, pink satin panties and pink satin ballet slippers completes this cloth Angelina Ballerina.

Our Take:

When you hear that this doll is 36 inches you know it is going to be a nice size, but when this doll arrived, I was amazed at the size, she is a big mouse!  This reminds me of the grand prizes on the boardwalk, the big animals that you would walk the board walk with pride if you won this cool stuffed toy.  My daughter is a fan of ballet and grew up watching Angelina Ballerina. I think this show is what made her want to dance in the first place.  My niece is 3 years old and is a Angelina Fan she adores her and watching the show all the time, as soon as she saw the doll she started to squeal! She loved it and called out Angie Angie!! (that is what she calls Angelina for short) and could not wait to give this cute critter a hug.  

My daughter and my niece had fun dancing with Angelina. Angelina is great to dance with because she is the perfect sized partner. To dance your child inserts their feet into the rubber loops that are on the doll's feet and the doll is sort of sitting on the top of your child's foot on each leg and the child holds the doll like a dance partner, with every step your child makes, the doll moves along, it is adorable. Angelina will dance as much as your little one wants to dance.  If you prefer to play and not dance, Angelina is great for that as well, she is a great pal. She sits well, and would be great for your tea parties, and just about anything you want to hang out and play with her with.

The only drawback I have with this doll is that this doll is a tad heavy, it is not as heavy as a bag of bricks but it is heavier than a regulation sized stuffed animal (of course this is due to the size of the stuffed toy) so if you have a 2 year old they may not be able to pick up and tote the doll like they may want to.  So for me this would be best for a 4 -5 year old if your child would like this to be about the same size and not tower over them. My niece is 3 and she loves that this doll is big, it is like a big sister to her, so it depends on what your child likes. This doll is very well made and will stand up to all you put it through. This doll is made of a strong and durable short plush-like fabric. The dress is very cute and sewn on, it is not removable. The dress fabric is also very strong and seems like a real ballerina dress just like my daughter has.

This is a high quality doll that is great to play with, and would also make an awesome decoration for an Angelina Ballerina inspired bed room. The cost for this doll is an $80.00 retail value, but is on sale at Amazon for $67.89 with free shipping. That may seem like a lot for a stuffed animal, but this is not like any stuffed animal you have ever had. This is Angelina, right down to the small details from her tutu to her ballet slippers, this is an amazing doll your little one will love.  This doll would be great for the little Angelia/ or Ballet fan on your holiday gift list from the ages 36 months - 7 years.
