My family had a little get together to watch the Eagles game
last Sunday. We live near the stadiums, so if there is a home game (or not) we
are usually having some type of party while
we are watching the game. We usually go with the basic Philly items, from
cheese steaks, to hoagies to Stromboli. For this party I wanted to shake it up
a bit and make something different, but still fun to eat. Early Sunday morning,
I tossed all of the ingredients and followed the recipe above and let it cook
in the slow cooker.
I was able to clean, and prepare for the party without worrying
about preparing the food, it was a real time saver for me. Before I knew it,
the house was filled with the great scent of the cooking meatballs, you could
smell the chili sauce and the cranberries throughout the house.
