Our Take:

Growing up with a little brother in the 80’s you bet I was surrounded with Transformers. Be it the toys, or watching the cartoons on a daily basis.  My husband also grew up loving the Transformers. My little nephew, is just starting his transformers collection, thanks for my husband. So when we had the chance to check out the newest dvd from Transformer’s  my husband could not wait to share this with our nephew.  He loved Transformers as a kid, and is so happy they are just as popular as ever.

My little nephew was over the other night and we watched this great dvd together. Transformers, have to be one of the coolest things ever, transforming from a car to a robot? What little boy would not want to watch a show about these guys? And my nephew was no different, he loved the show. The dvd is about 90 minutes long, so it is just long enough to keep his attention (even though he loves the robots he is just a kid and his attention span is the greatest) and keep him entertained.

This new dvd is not like the transformers cartoon I would watch when I came home from school many years ago. This is a better animated softer version of the cartoons. Some of the same characters are there, and of course there are still the good robots and the bad robots. The show was full of action, and had some good story lines. Transformers, robots in disguise!  So if you are looking for a fun dvd for the transformer’s fan you know make sure to pick up a copy of TRANSFORMERS RESCUE BOTS: Griffin Rock Rescue on DVD October 22^nd, 2013. With the holidays right around the corner, this dvd would make a great stocking stuffer.
