One of my favorite things to do when visiting the jersey shore is
spending time with my family playing mini golf together we just love mini golf.
But we only get to play once or twice a year depending on how many times we get
to go down the shore. Of course we could play more if we had the chance but
there is nowhere to play in the city… Or at least that is what I thought.. My
family and I were very fortunate to be able to check out a great mini golf
course that is located in the heart of the city of Philadelphia. Right at
Franklin Square! For those who may not know Franklin Square is a lovely park right
in center city Philadelphia with plenty of fun family options and miniature
golf.
The golf course was decorated for Halloween with spooky cobwebs and smoke.
As we played golf we got to enjoy the haunted spooky music as well. The golf course itself, was well maintained
and just a great looking course. Where else can you golf next to a replica of
Boat House Row, or the Art Museum, and so many other great Philly landmarks. The golf was great, and I am sure my family
and I will be back soon.
But Franklin Square has so many more things than just a great golf course
they have a beautiful merry go round, and SquareBurger a great place to eat.
My daughter had such a fun time on the Merry Go Round she loved all of
the colorful horses. I loved the unique animals, like a lion an eagle and of course
Philly’s own Smarty Jones.
So if you are looking for a fun place to go out with the family and have
a great time. Now you can play mini golf
in the city there is a great golf course that the family will love, right at
Franklin Square. For October, Philly Mini Golf is
transformed into spooky fun for the season with fog, lights, music,
and surprises!
