I was very fortunate to be able to try out a few bags of Good Boy Organics,
BOPS chips. They come in Sea Salt, Barbeque, Sour Cream & Onion, and Aged White Cheddar.

My family and I are snackers. I can admit it. We are always looking for a crunchy snack, but I know all of the greasy salty chips are not a very good option for us. We usually like to snack on fruit or veggies, but sometimes we are just in the mood for a crunchy salty snack, so I was so excited to be able to try some new (well new to me) snacks from Good Boy Organics, BOPS chips these are great baked organic potato snacks. They are baked not fried and are better for you. But how would they taste? My family and I could not want to find out. 

 First up we tried the  BOPSSour Cream & Onion these had a great sour cream flavor that really made me think of the sour cream and online party dip I love so much.  BOPSBarbeque, for me there is nothing better than BBQ chips and these chips did not disappoint.  BOPS SeaSalt, these chips had a nice amount of salt and were in a nice smaller bag that was perfect for my daughters lunch bag.  A better for her treat, that she could enjoy at school.  BOPSAged White Cheddar – these had a nice cheddar flavor, a light coating but a great taste.

They chips are oven baked, organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, and contain 65% less fat that regular potato chips. 

  BOPS chips are only 120 calories per serving, which is about 26 potato crisps. So you really get a lot of chips per serving, so no need to feel bad, or unfulfilled like you are with the other chips you may eat. Do you know that most chips servings are 5-7 chips, who eats 5-7 chips? So you usually eat much more than the suggested serving. With BOPS you get 26 chips! With this I just may eat less than the serving and that is a rare thing.  So overall we were very happy with these potato crisps, they are light/airy, and not greasy, I love the crunch and the taste.  So if you are looking for a better for you crunchy salty treat, you are going to love BOPS!
