Did you know that there is a countdown calendar for Halloween,
that makes the days leading up to Halloween more exciting? Well I was recently
introduced to a great company that has a great chocolate filled advent calendar
of sorts for Halloween countdown fun the Countdown
Cal, here is some more information about the Countdown Cal from the
website:
Countdown Cal came to the inventor because children
hate to wait. Why not make waiting fun she thought? The owner is a
retired elementary school teacher and grandmother of 3 young children and
she’s seen how excited youngsters get as holidays approach each year. For
example, they ask repeatedly "When is Easter coming?
Or, is it Halloween yet? How many more days will it be?" They love opening Christmas advent calendars and it occurred to her that a similar countdown calendar for other holidays would afford lots of fun, too. That is how the company began the, Countdown Cal, Inc., in 2012 in Rancho Palos Verdes, California and the first product offering was the fun-filled Halloween calendar boxes. In 2013, they expanded their line to include our Easter Countdown Calendar Game.

With this fun calendar you open a flap each day (starting on
October 16 2013) you can open each flap once a day for chocolaty treat. Great
for kids, or big kids of all ages. This
fun treat is made in the USA. Printed
under each flap is an Halloween mini picture to find in the grave yard scene on
the back of the box. Also printed under
each flap is the number of days remaining until Halloween, helping kids
countdown to Halloween. The Countdown Cal was an item my daughter adored. She just loves advent calendars and this is
like a Christmas advent calendar, but for Halloween. It makes the days leading
up to Halloween more fun.
The Countdown Cal is a fun countdown that features chocolate
treats. There are chocolates hiding behind each opening. There are
sixteen treats hiding in total in the box. This is no ordinary plain chocolate,
that is for sure.
It is a fun game AND delicious chocolate. You can’t beat that. Each treat is wrapped to look like a pumpkin, mummy Frankenstein or another spooky character. This would make a great new annual family tradition for Halloween. On the Countdown Cal site, they have this wonderful Halloween countdown Cal, and they also have a countdown Cal for Easter as well. If you are looking for a fun way for your little one to countdown to the Halloween Holiday I would highly recommend this great treat. The price is only $10.00 so this is very affordable.
The generous folks at Countdown Cal are giving one of
Susan’s Disney Family readers a chance to win an Halloween Countdown Cal. Would
you like to win? Please visit the Countdown Cal site, take a look around then

It's made in the USA.
I learned they offer a unique, specialty item that has been carefully designed to delight kids. There are several special activities integrated into the game. With every flap opened, on the underside is a hidden picture to be found in the illustration on the back of the box. Also included is a countdown tally of days remaining until the holiday, and there is our mascot "Countdown Pal" on the back of the box to help keep track of the flaps opened. Thanks so much for the fantastic giveaway!
