As the leaves begin
to change and the days start to get cooler here in the northeast we come to my
favorite part of the year. The fall! I have always adored the fall ever since I
was a child. The fall brings a relief from the hot weather, I can finally wear my cute sweaters, we all
love Halloween and pumpkin flavored everything (well it seems) and who doesn’t
love pumpkin? But one bad thing it brings is my seasonal allergies! They can
get bad, and really run my day and fall becomes not as fun as it used to be.
When I remember to take my medicine, it helps a lot… You notice I said “when” I remember. Yes I have to admit I do forget at times. I am a busy working mom, I am always on the go and sometimes taking my pills… it just slips my mind. Well forgetting my pills is now a thing of the past, now that I found out about Care4Today Mobile Health Manager. Care4Today is a free app and website to help manage your or your family’s medication.

I have a daily pill box but I tend to get lazy with it. I'll see you at the party!
I am terrible about forgetting my medication. I have morning pills and night pills and most of the time they all become night pills because I forget during the daytime. I'll try to be at the party. Thanks!
