There is something to be said of getting an unexpected card in the mail. It can be such a surprise and just make your day a little brighter.  Hallmark is teaming up with bloggers for their spectacular Get Carded Challenge, I was excited to be a part of this fun promotion. Take The Challenge - Send 7 cards in 7 days to 7 special people in your life. Tell them how much they mean, how much you miss them, how you’ll never forget that time… Hallmark cards, these have been a staple in my family for years. 

Hallmark are the cards to buy, they are quality and the sayings are great. The cards i received are even better now hallmark has texture and somewhat of a 3-D aspect to some of the cards, very nice! These are the coolest cards i have seen by far.  The cards are funny, sentimental and just plain cool. The cards that move, and have music are so unique and so Hallmark.

I thought the challenge was a great idea, send 7 cards in 7 days. But who would I send the cards to? I thought this may be harder than it seemed, but as soon as I thought of who would like a card I came up with a large list of people, much more than the 7 needed. This was much simpler than I thought! Who doesn’t like getting a little surprise in the mail, a surprise that reminds than that you are thinking of them.  I had a great time sending off cards, to my grandmother, cousins and friends.  I chatted, and talked about special memories, and shared a joke or two.

 I sent off camp pictures of my daughter, and wrote special notes in each card. I have already gotten a few calls to thank me for the lovely cards. It is a great feeling when someone really appreciates the little things you do, it gives me a warm and special feeling.  Are there some special people in your life that would appreciate a pick me up hello in the mail? That special someone will love the card in the mail, and you will feel great sending it to them. Getting a physical card in the mail is a great thing, there is nothing that can replace, pen to paper.  And Hallmark, is the place to find the best cards, always has been and always will.
