Demeter Fragrance Library, unique scents that you will love!

Are you a fragrance fan, do you love scents and make you feel cozy, alive or spark memories from the past? I was very fortunate to be able to try four of the newest scents from Demeter including:

Pruning Shears: 
Pruning Shears has always been about the Rose more than the bush or the shears. In this revision of our original scent, we have made sure the Rose stays the star, with a fresh and light fragrance that centers on Bulgarian Rose and All Natural (and fabulously expensive) Rose Absolute.

 Salt Air:

Imagine a perfect sea breeze on the perfect beach at your favorite tropical island. Now you have the perfect description of Demeter's Salt Air.
There's just no denying it... Demeter's Salt Air will have you thinking of that last vacation and much needed new one. Take off to the land of tranquility where the scent of the sea breeze wakes you up each day and sends you off to dreamland at night. But don't forget to book your airfare early!

Sunshine:

 What does Demeter's Sunshine smell like? Think of your favorite, most comfortable cotton T-Shirt left outside and warmed by the sun.

We thought long and hard about what elements we could use to express the idea of Sunshine.  After a debate that lasted more than a year, we decided Cotton, warmed by the sun, was the smell that best represented the idea of Sunshine.

Iced Berry:

An amazing new scent coming out this August! So make sure to check back on the Demeter site soon for this great scent!

My Review:

My love affair with Demeter goes back more than decade. It's long enough ago that I'm not sure how I discovered their amazing fragrances but I'm glad I did. You like to smell good, who doesn't? I like the fact that I can go to my collection (I have over 40 bottles) and grab blueberry or bubble gum or baby powder or if I'm feeling a little crazy Play Doh! And you know what? You will smell exactly like the flavor is supposed to smell like. You recognize the scent instantly.

I've got to thank my husband for helping my collection grow, he's probably bought most of my collection and I always look forward to seeing what new scent he's found for me. I love sharing my love of Demeter with my daughter, she's gotten into the habit of spritzing herself with any number of scents before she heads off to school. Her favorite looking at the bottles seems to be baby powder since that seems to be getting lower and lower.

Baby powder has a new challenger in the form of Iced Berries which smells like a great combination of raspberry and strawberry. Another thing I know I'll be doing this winter when it's frigid outside and I'm longing for the warmer weather is combining Sunshine (smells like suntan lotion) and Salt Air (smells like the beach) theses two scents really remind me of summer. You can almost smell the sand and sea air and it puts me right on the beach and in a good place instantly. 

Our last scent we got to review is Pruning Shears. The best way to describe Pruning Shears is it smells like those little rose shaped soaps in your grandmother's bathroom you couldn't ever use to wash your hands. It's a smell that brings me back to my childhood instantly and I let me husband smell it to get his opinion and he looked at me and said it smells like those fancy soaps my grandmother had in her bathroom! If you're looking for a new fragrance or something to spray in your house trust me when I say this Demeter is your best option. After more than 10 years of being a loyal fan I speak from experience, they're as good as advertised.

The new scents are amazing, I would highly recommend them, I know you will begin your love affair with the Demeter Fragrance Library as soon as you smell these wonderful scents. Scents can bring you back to great memories, and Demeters scents are so real and authentic, the memories will come flooding back, and you will smell great!
