You all know that I am a working mom who has a busy
schedule. I am up and off to work before the sun comes up. And after a busy day
at work I am off to pick my daughter up from school, and when she is home she
is famished! She comes home and is ready to eat, and since I am just getting in
myself dinner is nowhere near ready. So I want to give her something that
she likes, but something that will not ruin her appetite for the dinner I will
be preparing.
I was very excited to be able to give her a great afternoon
treat in the form of DOLE Fruit Squish’ems these are great new treats
from dole. These are great treats filled with real fruit. My daughter could not wait to try one but what
flavor should she choose? DOLE Fruit Squish’ems are available in three yummy
flavors, including:

- Apple Mixed Berry
- Apple Strawberry
My daughter could not wait to try the DOLE Fruit Squish’ems, she is a big
fan of strawberry and loved the apple strawberry. She just adored the DOLE
Fruit Squish’ems. And I was a fan as well, the apple was sweet and refreshing.
The Squish’ems were lightly sweet and really helped my sweet tooth.

There was no trading of her treat this day, in face her little friends tried to
trade with her they wanted this creamy treat, but my daughter would not budge
she wanted to enjoy this herself.
School
may be almost over, but this treat will be a great snack for camp, and for
other summer activities as well this is such a convenient snack. I would

My preschooler would love these! I have to find these because I know that he would have a big smile on his face if he found one of these in his lunchbox.

I think the apple mixed berry squish ems look good. These would be an excellent quick snack during the summer!

We love the fruit pouches.. I had no idea that Dole makes them, too.. soooo have to find them. They are amazing for road trips to water parks and to keep in your purse.. thanks for sharing
Ha! Never saw these before. I am not a huge fan of squished fruit, but these are awesome for kids!

That's the kind of snack I'd buy if I still had little ones at home. For school, for the car and for snacks, they'd be a treat to the kids but I'd feel good about it.
i havent tried the dole brand yet but my daughter loves the other brands of fruit squeezable like this. we will have to try this brand out next
