Restricted is known
nationwide as a trendsetting, affordable fashion footwear brand for

their individuality and “Life shouldn’t be Restricted, just your shoes!”
Restricted got its start in Los Angeles in 2003 and remains a family-owned and
operated business. Since inception, Restricted has grown into a nationally
recognized brand carried by department stores, specialty stores, and
independent boutiques across the country. The brand is about fashion and
independence, fun and creativity... Restricted Footwear, the chic brand at a
desirable price.
I was very fortunate to be able to check out two great shoes
from Restricted Shoes:
Gimlet $49.00 Upper PU, Lining: Leather, Sock Leather, Outsole Rubber . Comes in colors, Black, blue, coral,
white and yellow.
Seattle $39.00 100% Synthetic, Manmade
sole, Heel measures approximately 0.5" Braided, gilded trim borders the
toe and ankle of this barely-there sandal. Comes in colors, Coral, White, Black Turquoise Blue, and tan.
If you know me you know I love shoes. For me a great pair of
shoes are a must, the shoes must look great and must be comfortable. Yes I have
to have it all. While searching on the internet I came across a great site that
had some different looking shoes that stood out… these shoes were colorful and
not at all boring. When I had the chance to do a review for Restricted, I was
so excited!
Now I know the shoes are good looking but would they be well made, and would they be comfortable? Well I would have to see? As soon as the shoes arrived I could not wait to try them on. I am usually a size 7 in just about any shoe, but for the Restricted shoes they ran a bit big for me… so the first shoes I had were swimming on my feet. A 6.5 was in order. The smaller size, fit wonderfully. I was able to check out a great ballet flat, and a cute sandal.

The Gimlet ballet flat is a cool slightly different version
of a ballet flat, the Gimlet shoes have a great toe cover, some are metallic
and some are a patient shiny cover. The black shoes, have a matte “leather”
base and a shiny patient “leather” toe covering. The two styles work well
together, and they make the shoes stand out. I was able to wear these great
shoes to work, they looked great with a dress and they were very comfortable.
My co-workers loved the shoes, and I got quite a few complements on them. These
shoes are very versatile as well, they would look great with a dress or dressed
down with a pair of jeans.
For mother’s day I dressed down and kept comfortable (well
it is my day right?) I dressed down with a pair of comfortable jeans and I
paired them with the Seattle Sandals. The sandals fit well, and looked too
cute. I love the coral color, it is just bright and just right for the spring
and summer season. I love the gold
accents on the sandals, just a nice added stylish touch.
For me the shoes ran a little big, so I would keep that in
mind when ordering. But if the shoe is
too big don’t worry Restricted Shoes has a great FREE shipping and FREE returns
policy : SHIPPING & RETURNS Free shipping and returns for
orders shipped to customers in the U.S. and U.S. territories. So if the
size is not right for you just send it back for the smaller/bigger size. What a
great option, I love it!
If you are looking for some affordable and stylish shoes
