During the press trip a few lucky
bloggers were able to check out the Walt Disney Studios Archives. Lucky me being
on the east coast I could not get a flight until much later in the day, so what
would I be doing with my extra time… hanging at the hotel, or worse hanging at
the airport for hours on end? No we had a special treat, we would spend the day
at the Walt Disney Studios Archives! What a wonderful thing!
My husband is pretty easy going, when I have a blog trip or
something that I have to do, he just says go be safe and have fun.
But this particular event he was jealous of, being the ultimate Disney fan (he even has the tattoos to prove it, no joke) he so wanted to be me for this trip, so I made sure to take lots of pictures so I could share the experience with him too.
Now this is a true dream, a behind the scenes look at Disney. Not everyone can go to see what we have seen, and I would love to share the Disney magic we saw with you all. Here are some of my favorite pictures.

The original animation building, where Walt worked, and made the magic:
Theater on the lot.
The new animation building where hits like Wreck It Ralph and Princess and the Frog and the upcoming movie, Frozen were made.
It was an amazing day getting to see such iconic buildings was just cool. Hope you enjoyed see these fun pictures.
If you would like to see Walt Disney walking these streets make sure to check out the DVD Walt Disney Treasures - Disneyland - Secrets, Stories & Magic it may be expensive, it is currently out of print. The dvd is is a great DVD you really get to learn about how Disney (and Disneyland) began.
