As a busy working mom, time is so very precious to me and being able to make a quick delicious meal is so very important to me. Last night I tried out the new French’s Flavor Infuser™ marinades in the Caribbean Jerk flavor.

The process was as easy as the bottle said it would be, all I had to do was clean and prep the chicken breasts and then I had to inject the chicken with the marinade. I simple poked holes in the chicken with the infuser, and started the marinade process. Then I let the chicken sit for ten minutes. Then the chicken was ready for the oven, I baked the 3 large chicken breasts in the oven at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. The smell of the marinade permeated the house, and it was a mouthwatering smell.

The chicken came out moist, and it looked delicious. But how did it taste? Did the marinade really go throughout the chicken, and really infuse the flavor? The chicken had a great Caribbean Jerk flavor throughout. The outside and the inside had a great sweet yet spicy tang of the jerk seasoning. The chicken has a wonderful flavor that my family loved. My family devowored the chicken, and asked for more. I cannot wait to try another marinade, I was thinking of using the  Zesty Italian, for a chicken parmesan.. that should be delicious! Please note, you cannot reuse this product. You cannot save any of the extra that is left in the bottle, once you use the infuser on the chicken to prevent sickness you must dispose of the left over in the bottle. For me I just squirted the little I had left in the bottle over the chicken before I baked it, a great way to use all of the product with no waste.
