As you all know I have been on a life style change diet  for a few weeks now. And for the first time in my life I have a workout routine. Yes me. I can’t even believe it! But I figured if I was going to really change my life, I have to go all the way and do the exercising as well. I had to do this the right way. And these Yoga pants will help. I sit and watch my husband ride the exercise bike and I marvel at how he does it dressed the way he dresses. He’ll ride that bike wearing slim fit jeans and I wonder how he can peddle! Myself on the other hand I need to be dressed in comfortable gear to work out and I just received a nice new pair of pants from Aurorae. These are great pants, comfy, stylish will be easy to pack and I’ve been living in them since I got them.

I know it goes against every rule they have on What Not to Wear but if I need to head out to the store and my business suit and heels aren’t available I can wear these pants and not feel out of place. I love these pants, they’re great workout pants but they’re so much more for me.  I love my pants. Comfort and working out are something that I love being able to say together. That is why I gravitate to yoga, it is a work out for your body, and  relaxation for your mind. Working out is tough at least I can do it in comfort. Aurorae has been around for a few years now, they make great products and these pants are proof. These pants will get you sweating, I know that is kind of gross, but sweat is what you want. 

You want to get moving and sweating to help shed those unwanted pounds. And when I get sweaty I have a great micro fiber towel that simply whisks the sweat away, this towel is amazing it really absorbs the sweat. I know it will be tough to diet in the summer with all of the cookouts and sweets that are available in the summer (Ice cream can be my downfall) , but I know I will have my pants to help me amp up my yoga routine. And I will hopefully continue to shed the pounds through the summer even if I have a food slip up (I can only be teases with pastries for so long before, I give in!).
