Are you a chocolate lover?  A lover a great tasting chocolate delights? Are you a fan of unique pairing with chocolate. For me there is nothing better, than sweet creamy unique chocolate for a treat. Well I have to admit it I am a bit of a chocaholic. Yes it is true… For me chocolate is a bit of a stress reliever. When I get stressed, I go for chocolate, and yes after I have my chocolate I do feel better. I just wish there was a more natural and better for me way to get my chocolate craving fix when I need it. I was very fortunate to be able to try out a natural chocolate that is just what I wished for.

 Bixby and Co. makes nutritious and natural chocolate products. The chocolate bars are divine! The flavors are amazing, and are available in milk and dark chocolate. The bars are each hand made and gluten free. I absolutely loved the KnockOut! Bar, it was an amazing combination of flavors, flavors that you may think do not go together, but boy do they.

The bar contains organic milk chocolate , dried bing cherries, peanuts and chipotle, just the right sweet and spicy flavor, wow!  My husband’s favorite bar was the To The Nine’s Chocolate Bar made with organic white chocolate, pistachios and almonds orange and red Goji berries, this is delicious and full of antioxidants so good for you as well.  I shared the dark chocolate bars with my coworkers, it is amazing how quickly they went, they loved the rich dark chocolate flavor and asked for more information about the bars so they could buy some more, they loved them that much.

 So if you are looking for chocolate that will knock your socks off with wonderfully amazing taste, make sure to check out the Bixby Bars. They offer vegan, and non-vegan bars (for my vegan friends out there) there is a bar for everyone.  The bars are just the right size, smaller than the full sized chocolate bars from the convenience stores, but bigger than the fun sized bars from Halloween. Just the right sized sweet treat.
