As most of you all know I am a working mom with a busy life. I am always
on the go, so finding a way to cook healthier meals and easy to cook meals for
my family is a wonderful thing. I was a
bit apprehensive at first, cooking my

This was the most
tender and fall apart juicy flavorful chicken I have ever had! I cooked up some

I learned that if you don't also have a food sealer, you cannot use this oven. I will be asking AquaChef to clarify something. One sentence states that:
"Thermal Immersion is a culinary method that involves cooking vacuum-sealed food in low-temperature water for a longer length of time than compared to"
while another sentence says: "And since the AquaChef transfers heat better than ordinary air ovens, your food will cook faster".
That has left me a little confused, but I like the overal idea and would like to try it someday. David Rainey

The technique was perfected by a French scientist Bruno Goussault, when the French national railway company (SNCF) asked him to develop recipes that could be served in first class of a new line they were to open. It would need to be of great quality; it would have to have a longer shelf life and would have to be easily re-heated without loss of quality.
