Snyder's of Hanover great snacks for the family - Review (And a Giveaway)

Do you love pretzels, how about flavored amazingly different pretzels and snacks? Well if you are a snack lover you will love this… I would like to introduce you all to Snyder's of Hanover, here is a little more information about the company from the website:

Our products are distributed nationwide using a combination of our store door distribution system with direct delivery to grocery stores, a distributor network, and a vending and foodservice sales division. Take the tour:
Remember you can visit the Hanover, PA, Pretzel Bakery it offers an in-house tour that combines our exciting history with our fast paced manufacturing facility. There is no fee for the tour. It is geared for ages 5 and up, but everyone will enjoy seeing how pretzels and potato chips are made. The guide will take you on a walking tour which allows you to look down upon our raw material warehouse, finished goods warehouse (where you will see robotics at work), and our complex packing room with state of the art packing equipment. You will then see the oven room where you can almost taste the pretzels. The guide then finishes up by showing you how potato chips are made from beginning to end. The tour starts and ends at the Factory Store where you will be treated to a free bag of pretzels at the completion of the tour.

My Review:  

We were recently sent a box of snacks from Snyder’s of Hanover goodies that we were not accustomed to eating!  Because they are all new products from Snyders of Hanover. We’ve been fans of Snyder’s pretzel bits for a very long time; you can usually find a bag or two of them in our pantry all the time. They taste great, they taste like they’re supposed to taste like, there is no what’s this flavor when you eat them, once you eat one you know what it is. Plus they’re fun to eat, tiny little pretzel nuggets bursting with flavor! What’s not to like? The flavor range of the pretzel bits covers all tastes, from Cheddar, Buttermilk Ranch, Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper, Jalapeno, Southern BBQ, Honey mustard & Onion and Buffalo Wing.

Now the favors are 2 in a bag you can have two flavors that go great together in one bag we were able to try the Snyder's of Hanover Hot Buffalo Wings &  Buttermilk Ranch Hard Pretzel Pieces Flavor Doubles & Snyder's of Hanover Flavor Doubles Cheddar Cheese & Cracked Pepper Hard Pretzel Pieces.

Our house’s favorite is the buffalo wing flavor, it’s the best tasting wing flavor snack on the market, we’ve had several snacks that were buffalo flavor but Snyder’s got it right. They seem to get a lot of things right with their products. Now that there are ranch pretzels in the bag it is just like enjoying wings a great snack treat. My daughter adores these pretzels, yes they are a bit spicy but she just loves the zing. Snyder's of Hanover Flavor Doubles Cheddar Cheese & Cracked Pepper Hard Pretzel Pieces, this is a real crowd pleaser the great pepper flavor mixed with the salty cheddar flavor a match made in heaven. Snyder's of Hanover  Roasted Garlic & Herb Nibblers, if you are a garlic fan these are the pretzels are for you. They reminded me of a great garlic bread. Nice strong flavor that tastes great.

Snyder's of Hanover  Spicy Cheddar Pretzel Sandwiches, these have a nice kick. A pretzel and cheese sandwich, nice salty and spicy flavor. These would be great for game night, the big game is coming up and we will surely have this at our party. And last but certainly not least.. tortilla chips… From Snyder’s of Hanover? Yes I was surprised too, I never knew they came out with tortilla chips and I could not wait to try them. The Snyder's of Hanover Dippin' Strips, were wonderful. A great size to dip in salsa, or cheese. The chips were a nice size, with a great crunch with just enough salt. My favorite of all of the items was the Snyder's of Hanover  Whole Grain Torts, whole grain with a chip would this be ok? Well it was better than ok, it was divine! The sweet and salty flavor of the whole grain it was a better for you version of tortilla chips I love.

Snyder’s has been around since 1909, with over 100 years of experience it’s no wonder why all their products are good! But the pretzel bits are the best, hands down, don’t even try to argue it with me. You won’t win! Snyder’s offers tours of their facility in Hanover which is about 97 miles west of Philadelphia, it’s a tour geared for ages 5 and over and their tours are conducted on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:00 am, 11:00 am and 1:00 pm year round. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. So you’ll get a firsthand look at how to actually create delicious! We were in the area last summer and are kicking ourselves because we did not make time to visit the tour… we are definitely  going next year. I will let you all know how it is.
