From Rudi's Organic bakery. Very helpful info: 100 percent organic – products that contain only organic ingredients. A label reading “100 percent organic” and the USDA organic seal can appear on the primary display panel. These products include mostly “whole foods,” such as unprocessed fruits and vegetables.

Whole grains are not refined and consist of all three intact grain kernel components – the bran, endosperm and the germ. Whole grains include wheat, corn, rice, oats, barley, bulgur, millet, spelt, amaranth, quinoa and others.
