My Review:
If
you know me, you know I am an organized person who always likes things clean
and tighter. Especially in the winter months, I am wiping things down
constantly, I just do not want germs to spread and for my family to be sick. As
a working mom I just do not have the time to get sick, and when someone in my family
is sick, my life is that much harder; that is why I want the house as germ free
as I can have it. So when I heard that I would be able to review the INNOVIA
Automatic Paper Towel Dispenser I was so excited and could not wait for it to
arrive. As soon as the box arrived I had to put it up in the kitchen. I am not
a handyman by any means, and I was able to install the dispenser up with ease.
I love that this fits all paper towels
so I do not have to worry about buying one type or brand.
I
love the sleek stainless steel look of the dispenser, this helps it fit seamlessly
into my kitchen. It looks great and works just as well. All you have to do is set it up, then wave for
the towel to come down and the sensor and it dispenses your paper towel. My daughter thought the dispenser was just
about the coolest thing. She said it was like being at the mall (you know how
most malls have automatic hand towel dispensers in the bath rooms..) and she
loved it, I had to get her to stop playing with it she loved it too much and
was wasting paper towels. If you
accidentally wave you hand in front of it and not need a paper towel it will
automatically retract it. That is such a great feature.
For
my family there will be no more reaching and struggling to get a paper towel. This hands-free Automatic Paper Towel

the Innovia has a sensor that allows it to learn the lenght of each paper towel, so it can accept all brands of paper towels.

I learned that it's equipped with a Smart Dispense sensor that enables it to learn the perforated length of each towel.
takes all paper towel rolls - you don't have to buy special ones
I learned that the sensor’s reach is just 2 to 3 inches and rapid movement doesn’t trigger it. You must place your hand close to the sensor itself to break its beam and trigger the dispenser. The sensor was designed to avoid accidental dispenses.

It works with different paper towels
The different sizes of posts (the cylindrical pieces of plastic that are located on top of the dispenser) are included to lower the dispenser to accommodate for different sizes of fascia (the decorative paneling attached to the bottom of your cabinet). Not all cabinets have fascia board, but if yours does it could potentially block the sensor of the dispenser. Simply hold the dispenser up under the cabinet to see if the fascia will block the sensor. If it doesn’t, feel free to use any size posts you wish.
