There are so many great wonderful items on the site, what to choose for this holiday season? After scouring the pages of great choices I decided on the, Cascade wrap dress, in red. I have never had a dress in red, I have pretty much been a black dress kind of girl for most of my life. My prom dress was black, my graduation dress, black, my holiday dresses black.. well you get the idea. I stepped outside of my comfort zone with the red, and I am glad that I did.

It has a great stretchable fabric that is very comfortable and it fits me so well, hugs my curves in all the right places. This is not like any other wrap dress I have ever had, it is a bit of a “mock” wrap dress and I love it. With actual wrap dresses, you have to make sure to wrap it tightly and correctly or you will get a bad surprise when your dress opens up like a robe! Trust me! But with this Karen Kane cascade wrap dress you will not have to worry that your dress will unravel, this dress looks like a wrap dress but it is sewed in all the right places to insure that it does not open unexpectedly.

When I put it on and showed my husband said I looked great. He asked why don’t I wear red more often it works well on me, it made me blush. This color is really different and really stylish. It instantly jumped to the top of the pack as my favorite dress for the holiday Christmas party.  I know I will stand out, and I love that! No longer will I stand in the back with a boring plain black dress, stylish and bold is the way to go for me. This dress is available in a variety of colors including, maroon, blue and brown all would look great this holiday season.

  I would recommend this Karen Kane dress for someone who loves dresses like I do, or if they are just looking for a great looking dress. Karen Kane is so much more than great dresses, a lovely sweater would make a great gift too, no ugly Christmas sweaters this year!
