A blast from the past, the cute Waterbabies dolls – Review (And a giveaway)

Do you remember the Waterbabies when you were younger. I sure do, I always wanted a Waterbaby, a baby doll that felt like a real baby. Here is a little more information about the dolls from the website:

My Review:

So do you remember these dolls? Well I wanted one so badly when I was a child and for some reason or another I was not one of the lucky kids that got this great doll. When I had the chance to review this doll, the little girl inside me was so excited. And of course, the actual little girl in our house, my daughter was pretty excited too.  When the doll arrived, it was dressed like a little princess. Seems fitting for my daughter, she is our little princess and now she has a little princess of her own. Alone the doll is very cute, and cuddly. My daughter ohh and ahhed over the cuteness. She is very into cute things these days, saying aww that is adorable! I had to explain that this doll is more than just cute.

This doll can be made to feel like a real baby… I sure had her attention. I told her that all you had to do was use the funnel and fill the doll with warm water and the baby would have weight and warmth feeling like a real baby. My daughter was concerned that the doll would “burst” like a water balloon. I reassured her, this would not happen. And we headed to the sink with the little daring. After a quick fill, my daughter was able to play with the doll. It is amazing how real this doll feels, it does feel like a tiny baby. I love the doll as well, I am just a big kid and I had fun holding and playing with this “baby”.

So if you are looking for a cool gift idea I would recommend a Waterbabies doll from Playmates Toys, you will get a great doll that is fun to play with and is like a real baby, such fun.  These dolls are cute, and come in a bunch of styles,  they are very affordable with a retail cost of $12.00 you can’t beat that price for a fun doll.
