Nutrisystem Week #39 #NSNation

Well here we are at week 39 Nutrisystem.

So guess what I had the chance to wear this past week… Hmm? Well I will tell you… a……. Swimsuit!!!!

Yes, a real swimsuit, with no cover-up or pants! No t-shirt, nothing just me and my bathing suit. This is something I have not done since… hmmm… well I think I was 12 years old the last time I went without some sort of cover-up to the pool. I was so happy, and I could really see all of my hard work paid off. I was so proud of myself.

Wow, yes I really did it. Now I am not supermodel skinny, but I think I look good, and that makes me happy. I went to a cook out, and I ate a Nutrisystem hot dog on a wheat bun, and I really enjoyed myself I had a hot dog and I was satisfied.  I did not even want the high calorie, potato salad and the macaroni salad. I was satisfied, and I love saying that... being satisfied is something I never was before on any diet, but as I have said before Nutrisystem is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change. 

So how am I doing?
