Honest Tea, a great summer drink - review-and-giveaway

Oh the dog days of summer are here in full force, in the Northeast, we have been going through a bit of a heat wave, the temperatures have been 100+ or close to it for a few days now. And I love to cool down with a cool drink when the weather gets steamy, and what is the best hot weather drink in my opinion? Well cool iced tea from Honest Tea of course. here is a little information about Honest Tea from the website:

My review:

I love tea. There I said it, tea is one of my most favorite drinks of all time. But for me tea has to taste like real fresh brewed tea, in order for me to like it. I was very fortunate to be able to review an assortment of teas and juices from Hones Tea, honesty I have never tried Honest Tea. Why? I don’t know, just a bit of a tea snob, I enjoy homemade tea that I make during the summer. But with work and camp and so many other things in my life I just have no time to stop and brew my own tea. And I miss my tea!

When I was able to try the assortment of teas and juices from Honest Tea, I had high hopes and could not wait to try them. I have to say these teas have a great homemade taste, a natural refreshing taste. My favorite of the teas was the iced tea and lemonade. I have always loved Arnold Palmers, and the Honest Tea version did not disappoint. It had just the right amount of tea and lemonade, it was delicious.  My daughter just loved the juice drinks, and the lemonade.  The lemonade had just the right amount of sweetness and tartness, no pucker face here, just great tasting juice. The juices were in a great pouch that I am sure my daughter will be asking for, lunch this year.

My husband, is a sweet tea fanatic. He would drink it all the time, if he had his choice, and he liked the Honest Tea sweet tea, it was not as sweet as other sweet teas he has tried in the past but, it had a great flavor and reminded him of the summer.

I love the natural ingredients, the people at Honest Tea really care about the tea and juices they make they want to insure that you have the best tea and juice, and I thing they succeed in their goals. I am now a big Honest Tea fan, it is just as good as my homemade tea (maybe a little bit better but I won’t admit that  : ). If you are looking for a tea that tastes natural, and is natural well Honest Tea is the tea for you.
