My Review:

Well I guess I do not have to tell you all, that we are big Disney fans, and of course my daughter loves Disney princesses, and loves princess dolls. She is our little princess. You know she wanted to see Brave as soon as it came out, I have to admit we all wanted to see the movie it seemed like a Pixar future classic.  I loved the movie, it was great to see an independent princess heroine, and of course my daughter just adored the movie. And could not wait to play with her Merida doll, she wanted to bring her with to the movie, but she forgot. A lot of other children had the same idea, the screening was filled with little girls and there Merida dolls.

My Daughter was very fortunate to be able to review a Tollytots Brave Merida Forest Adventure doll. The Merida Forest Adventure doll.is 15” tall and is wearing a pretty shimmering dress, a pair of removable shoes, belt, quiver with three arrows, and bow. My daughter loved the accessories, and before you know it Merida was practicing her archery skills. My daughter even made her a target, to “shoot” her arrows to.

I love the quality of the doll, the doll is made well and is very pretty. The outfit is amazing, so very pretty and still the doll can take all of what my daughter puts it through… The hair is so soft and curly, my daughter loves to style and comb it (lightly, she does not want the curls to go away).

The only question my daughter had, was why didn’t the doll come with real arrows that you can shoot… Well that would be dangerous, that answer was ok for her but she still wanted a real arrow. She is so funny sometimes!

I would recommend, this Merida doll from Tollytots, it is well made and such fun to play with. Tollytots also has some other Merida dolls, for your Brave loving daughters they have Merida with Angus, (her trusty horse) and Merida with Cub Bears (her mischievous triplet brothers). My daughter just loves the bears, and I am sure she would love the Merida with Cub Bears, perhaps she can get this a her good report card present….

I can't wait to see the movie. I have had to put it off because I don't want to bring my son who just turned 3. I don't know if he will sit through the entire movie. I would love to get this doll (for me that is).
