Nutrisystem Week #36 #NSNation

Well here we are at week 36 Nutrisystem.After losing 40+ pounds, when I really think about it I am amazed.

What weighs 40 pounds? Four bags of cat litter, a 40 pound dumbbell. Have you ever tied to life 40 pounds? Well it is heavy!  My daughter weighed 40 pounds when she was 6. So I lost the equivalent of a 6 year old. That is just amazing. I can just imagine carrying around that 40 pounds I lost, you know like the weight loss shows where they have the contestants carry around the wifht they lost and see how they do. I don’t think I could last long, 40 pounds is pretty heavy and to have that off my body is not show of a miracle to me. You are talking to a former yo yo dieter that never lost any more than 20 pounds on a diet. Yes I lost 20 pounds many times, but I always gained it right back. So loosing 40+ pounds from one plan?? That is a great thing, and it shows you that Nutrisystem works. It worked (and is continuing to work) for me and I am sure it will work for you.

I am a busy working mother, and do not have time to weigh foods, and it was much easier to pack a pack of pop tarts for breakfast, because I did not have time in the morning. Well not any more, now I can have a delicious chocolate chip scone, for breakfast or pancakes! I can just put my breakfast in my bag and I am off to work. No worries, I know that I will have a healthy breakfast, and it will not be full of sugar and fat.
