Nutrisystem Week #33 #NSNation

Well here we are at week 33 Nutrisystem.  Well this was a great week for me. I do have to admit I cheated a bit this week. Ugh. I went to a brunch and I treated myself a little. No I did not have a taste of everything on the menu (as I would have done before). Moderation…. That is the magic word… I had a taste of a few things, and I did not clean my plate and did not go up for seconds.

I was very proud of this, and I amped up my work out that night to work off as much of the excess calories I consumed that morning.

So how am I doing? ..

40, 40, 40! Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!

40 lbs!!! Oh my goodness! I am amazed! I did it! And I am utterly grateful! And happy! I would have never dreamed that I would make it to the 40 pound goal. I have more goals to reach, but to make this platform I am so super happy, happy dance!!!! My Nutribear has a new brother!

I am actually looking forward to shopping for swimsuits. What did I just say? I can’t even believe I typed that! But it is true. No more hiding behind a giant tee shirt to go to the beach. Not for me!
