Nutrisystem Week #28 #NSNation

Well here we are at week 28 Nutrisystem. I had a pretty bad week personally and of course with me that means, it spilled over into diet   sorry life style change problems... Ugh,,, But I know this happens to us all, and I can not beat myself up for this. I have a good 4 weeks to make up for this, and I plan to go out with a bang. I want to be as fit as I can for this swimsuit season.

I am going to wear a bathing suit this summer, no more huge cover ups, and hiding behind a tee shirt.   I am going to go to the shore and enjoy my summer and not worry and be self conscious.  Would you like to feel the same way, I know how it is... you may want to try Nutrisystem but you are concerned that this would not work for you... well look at me! I did it, and I am still doing it, if I can do this you can too.

So how am I doing? As you can probably tell, not good this week. But it could be worse....

Total lost: 36 (boo hoo!)

Well 36 pounds down, that is still good, and I am still very happy. My nutribear will get a sibling soon, I will just have to take it day by day.
