Well here we are at week 26 Nutrisystem. I am doing pretty good, and last week was a good week for me. With the warmer weather coming, I am getting excited. I may not be super skinny, but I am thinner than I have been in a long while and you know what I feel better than I have in the longest time and I am happy! I am looking forward to going swimsuit shopping, now who says that? But I really am, I think it would be great to get a suit and have some fun at the pool next month.
I made my dining reservations for Disney World, I first checked out each menu and made sure they had at least a few “healthier” items on the menu. I will keep to eating healthy as much as I can. I just have to remember moderation. I made sure not to book any buffets! No buffets for me, sure I could try to eat healthy with a buffet but those donuts and sweets would be right there calling to me! It is just not worth the temptations.
I am planning to bring my Nutrisystem breakfasts with me on my trip, but the lunches and dinners.. they will have to be at restaurants. I know I can do this, it is all about portion and moderation. Can I have a giant slice of pizza and a large hot fudge peanut butter sundae… mmm no. I just have to be sensible, I do not want to “fall off the wagon” and go back to my old ways. The food may taste good for a minute, but it is not worth messing up what I have now.
I will make sure to pack my desserts as well. When my husband is having chocolate cake for dessert at the restaurant I can have chocolate cake too, and I will not have all of those excess calories!
So how did this week go? Pretty good!

38 pounds down!!!! That is like a preschooler! Oh my goodness, I am so close to my next nutribear, I can just scream! I am so happy!

Awesome progress so far! I'm at the end of week 12 and am 22 lbs. down - what an AWESOME feeling getting rid of the extra weight!
We (me and my boyfriend) are actually going to Orlando next week. I'm so nervous about the food! I'm packing breakfasts, lunches, dinners and desserts, but I know every single meal is not going to be a NS entree. What restaurants are you planning on going to? We will be at Universal most of the week, but are planning a day or two at Disney as well.
I'm looking forward to reading how you do!
