Do you want to know my tips and tricks for weight loss? Well as you all know I have been on a weight loss journey and I have shared my trials and tribulations with you. It is just a start to a new life, it can be hard at times but getting something you want (a better body for me) is not an easy thing.
For a great way to relax I would love to visit weight loss spa, I have never been to one. Until six months ago losing weight and taking care of myself was not really a priority in my life (even though I knew it should have been) but now I have a new outlook on life, and I love working out (yes, me the girl who said they could never like working out!) it is a part of my life now, and I feel like I am missing something when I miss a workout. My newest love is running, it is just some me time. I love to get up ealy and just enjoy my time alon running. It is a way to clear my head and get a great workout. And if I would like to spend time with my family and work out at the same time, I can just sit on the exercise bike and watch a movie with my family and still get in my workout.
I will be going on vacation next month and if I could choose a vacation destination I would love it to be a weight loss resort One that has a great weight loss health spa. I have worked so hard to lose the 35+ pounds I have lost over the last moths. I am still working on losing more, but I have to make sure I stay on track. I so do not want to go back to my old ways, I love my new body and life style. And I know if I can do this you can do it too.

Congrats on your progress! I started about 11 weeks ago and have lost 11 pounds. It's slow going, but I find this to be much better than my old ways of dieting roller coasters. I know exactly what you mean about feeling like you've missed something when you don't get a workout in. I love my time at the gym. Keep up the good work!
