My Review:
Want a good laugh? Watch your rhythmically challenged husband try to dance his way through a workout! He can lift weights but he can’t move all that well. I give him credit for keeping at it and giving me a good laugh nightly, he’s hell bent on getting his feet to not both be left. I would have never thought all those years ago when I first got a Nintendo that someday in the future I would be able to get a legitimate workout from a video game.
You get a workout indeed and not just your thumbs! Great music, fun routines and easy to follow instructions make the Zumba Rush for the Xbox a fun way to get a great workout in and not have to leave your home. It’s tough between work and taking care of my daughter and house work to get a good exercise in and I promised myself that this year I would focus on myself and my health more. With the Zumba “game” it makes it easy for me to get my workout in, it doesn’t feel like a workout and I don’t dread having to do it, it’s actually quite fun to do.
You also have the option to do a 20, 45 or 60 minute class so even the most time challenged person can fit the routine in. The game is able to track me and keep a tally of how many calories I’ve burned and I’m able to adjust the level of intensity of my workout as well so I can really take it slow or ramp it up for a good burn. The more I play around with it the more impressed I am. If you want something different to do to make working out less of a chore and more fun get the Zumba Rush for the Xbox 360 and feel the burn!
So if you are looking for a new way to workout and have some fun too, I would recommend the Zumba Fitness Rush for X-Box 360 Kinect you really get a workout, and it was a lot of fun.
Why not keep those new years resolutions you made last month. It is not too late to start that workout routine you promised yourself you would start this year!
