I was very fortunate to be able to review, a Baking Mix Assortment from  Peanut Butter & Co.

• Mighty Fine Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes Baking Mix

I was so very excited when this kit arrived. We are big peanut butter fans in this house, and I love to bake so this is just great for us.

I am a big fan of Peanut Butter & Co. many years ago when my husband and I were dating we took the train to New York for the day, and of course I just had to visit the Peanut Butter & Co. restaurant/store.  It was pouring rain, and it took us a little while to find it. 

We were just wandering around, but finally it was there! I was going to eat at Peanut Butter & Co! So we sat down and perused the menu, and ordered a Elvis sandwich each.  The sandwich was amazing! And of course we left room for dessert. We ordered a Captain Crunch peanut putter sundae to share, to this day this sundae is my favorite ever!

So enough about the store, we all know that the peanut butter is wonderful… But how are the baking kits?

I just had to make the peanut butter brownie kit first.  The smell from the package was mouthwatering!  Of course my little baker wanted to help. So she could be a big girl. She is so cute. After a short time we had wonderful peanut butter chocolate brownies. I am usually not that good with brownies, I always come out with dry “cake like” brownies, and I hate that.

But with the Rich & Tasty Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies Baking Mix I came out with soft moist and delicious brownies.  There was just the right amount of peanut butter and chocolate taste.

Next I was off to make Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Cookies Baking Mix. Peanut Butter cookies are one of my favorite cookies. And this kit did not disappoint. The cookies were delicious, and easy to make.

I can’t wait to try the cupcake kit, I am sure they will be yummy!
