Well here we are at week 15 Nutrisystem. I just love how Nutrisystem is constantly adding new items. It is nice to shake thing up at times. I like to try new things and I love the new breakfast option….. A chocolate donut! Oh yes you heard that right, a chocolate donut! Oh yea! I have to say this is very good. Now it does not taste like a donut from Dunkin Donuts., but it sure smells like it, and it is very yummy. So you can’t beat that, a diet donut : )
Looks good huh? And believe me it is tasty!
So I have been having a good week so far, sticking with the program and my workout routine.
I am going out for my birthday dinner this week, so I will have to choose wisely at the restaurant because I want to keep on going strong.

I cannot believe it. This is not really true is it? But yes it really is true! And I could not be happier. I had to take a picture of my progress, so here I am 30 pounds down. Before I know it I will be slimmer and ready for swimsuit season, eating donuts and losing weight thanks to Nutrisystem.
